ASISTIM is a professional knowledge centre with a substantial number of aviation experts drawing on many years of combined experience in the commercial aviation industry, in particular in the areas of airline operations, flight dispatch and flight support.

Lars Kaempfert
Managing Director
As a grad. (univ.) computer scientist foccussing on business informatics Lars Kaempfert joined PHILIPS Germany as trainee to the management in 1986. Between 1990 and 2001 he worked as a director responsible for areas like IT, logistics and purchasing for two medium-seized groups.
In the year 2001 Lars Kaempfert joined the Softship AG. In 2002 he was significantly involved in the formation of Airpas Aviation AG of which Softship holds a major stake.
Between the years 2003 and 2006 he worked there very successfully as a director of business development. During this period Airpas won customers like TUIfly group, AirBerlin, DBA, Condor, TNT.
With his long-standing and extensive experience in business process optimization, evaluation and introduction of integrated EDP systems, Lars Kaempfert built up ASISTIM in 2007 as the service provider for small and medium sized airlines.

Svensen Patrick Rossmann
Managing Director
Svensen Rossmann has been working in the airline aviation industry since 1995 and is one of the founders and owners of ASISTIM GmbH.
He started his airline career with Hapag-Lloyd Flug GmbH in 1998 as an Operation Controller after 3 years in Airline Ground Handling. In 2002 Svensen Rossmann joined the TUI Airline Management Team and was responsible for projects such as the operational integration of airlines into the TUI Group Operation Centre. He was accountable for substantial cost cutting and consolidation exercises through the introduction of detail processes and responsible for the successful introduction of new technologies. Svensen Rossmann left TUIfly.com as Head Commercials & Marketing of the TUI Group Operation Centre. He has gained in depth experience in the areas of airline operations management, contract management, as well as Marketing & Sales.

Peter Koepke
Head Operation Control and Training
Peter Koepke started his Airline career with Hapag-Lloyd Flug GmbH in 1992 after working for more than 4 years in Air Traffic Control. Peter Koepke is a licensed Flight Dispatcher and has successfully worked in several positions within the Hapag-Lloyd Flug Operations Control Centre.
After 10 good years as a Flight Operation Controller he joined Lufthansa Systems Aeronautics, formerly Lido GmbH as Key Account Manager in the Customer Relations Team.
He left Lufthansa Systems Aeronautics at the end of 2005 for the schedules planning and coordination department at Hapagfly where he was involved in the merger of Hapagfly and HLX.com to become TUIfly in January 2007.
Peter joined the ASISTIM Management Team as Head Operations Control and Training.
