2 Days Initial Course
As the schedule is the basis for a smooth and profitable operation and therefore is one of the most important elements in airline business, it is mandatory that the staff is in charge of the complete coordination and scheduling process.
ASISTIM offers a detailed initial training based on the IATA World Scheduling Guidelines.
Course Targets
Successful completion of this course will allow the participant to follow the entire Slot Coordination process. Our training will illustrate how to setup a schedule and which special features have to be considered.

Our trainers are schedulers with long-time practical experience.
Certificate
All students that have attended the course will be issued a certificate that documents their successful completion of each topic with reference how many classroom hours were completed.
Training Materials
The training materials, which are made available to our participants during the course are included in the tuition fee. Materials used during the course stay with the students as reference documents for them to take home or keep at work.
Tuition Fees
The tuition fee for this course is 590 EUR excluding tax. After we have received the application form, we will send out a confirmation, which will also include the invoice for the applied course. The final balance of the tuition is due latest 30 days prior course begin. Cancellation 30 days or less prior course begin shall entitle ASISTIM GmbH to charge 50 % of the tuition fee. Cancellation 14 days or less shall entitle ASISTIM GmbH to charge the full tuition fee.
Accommodation
ASISTIM GmbH has a limited number of hotel rooms available at special conditions for course participants. All within walking distance of the training venue. Please contact our Training Department in due time to arrange the appropriate booking.
