After a very successful flight planning survey in 2009, ASISTIM decided to again launch a small and informative study for this year.
The study reflects an evaluation of the accuracy of costs on over-flying charges. The driving question of Operation Managers was: Do the charged navigation fees coincide with the actual flight plan figures? The investigation revealed only marginal deviations, which in most cases were to the advantage of the airline.
