The ASISTIM Airline Operations Control Centre provides tactical operations services based on the schedule provided by our customers. In other words, our qualified Flight Operations Officers (FOO) / Flight Dispatchers execute our customers planned flight schedule on a daily basis. The ASISTIM Airline Operations Control Centre (AOCC) is technically and process wise integrated within the operations environment of our customers. This includes the Maintenance Operations Control Center (MOCC) and various other departments which control customer resources such as airport, refuelers, catering, ramp handling, and passenger handling facilities). The AOCC Services include the communications with maintenance engineering, customer service, and airport services which need to be maintained in order to facilitate prompt contact with the appropriate personnel to execute our customer decisions. The AOCC collects information, communicates and executes revised operational plans instantaneously.


The ASISTIM AOCC also offers 24/7 Crew Control Services. Crew Control maintains the customers day-to-day crew roster, ensuring that all flights are correctly crewed in accordance with the both aviation and company laws, regulations and procedures. This includes dealing unforeseen circumstances in a legal, safe and cost-effective manner including the instantaneous communication with all relevant department.


A key to tactical operations is the ATC Slot Management. In particular when operating in and out of the ECAC Area. The ASISTIM AOCC has acquired in-depth knowledge over many years in airspace management and air traffic management, to optimize and ensure high levels of aircraft utilization and on-time performance through precise ATC slot.


Thanks to its fully trained dispatchers (as per FAA FAR, ICAO, LBA standards), ASISTIM AOCC provides all rendered services efficiently, economically and precisely.

The AOCC Training Syllabus for FOO / Flight Dispatcher are based on the ICAO recommendations laid down in Annex 6, Part 1, Chapters 3, 4 and 10- Doc.10106 and fulfill the EASA Regulations ORO.GEN.110(c).
